Happy Dental Assistant's Week! We love our assistants Ona, Michaela, and Alma! They each bring kindness to our office, and all have their specialties! Michaela is our Team Leader, who assists Dr. Harte daily, performs whitenings on all patients and cleaning on kids up to 13 years old! She comes to our Team Leader Meetings meetings to discuss goals, cases, and equipment.
Ona was a dentist in Albania before coming to the US and she is our "undercover dentist!" She helps our doctors be prepared for every case and ensure our patients have a seamless visit!
Alma will calm any patient with her kind, positive aura and is in charge of keeping track of virtually everything in the office from cleaning solutions to toothpaste and bibs. If you've ever seen a dental office's equipment room, you would be amazed at how many items/pieces there are to keep track of!
