That is why we offer dentistry for the whole family including your children! We begin seeing kids at a young age to make sure they have a healthy dental foundation. For your child's first dental visit, bring their favorite doll or toy! They can even have their favorite toy have their teeth cleaned as a demo. For any medications or medical conditions, you can conveniently complete their medical history through our secure Patient Portal, sent by text or email before your visit.
We have water here and a handicap accessible bathroom, along with toys to play with in the reception area.
We also recommend bringing your child with a positive attitude! Our friendly team takes the time to help children feel comfortable, making their first dental experience fun, relaxed, and stress-free.
We also recommend framing the dentist as "the hero of the story!" A lot of times, adults accidentally say "If you don't brush your teeth, you'll have to go to THE DENTIST." This makes the dentist seem like the "bad guy." Flip the script and make CAVITIES the bad guy! Dentists are the heroes who defeat the cavities or "sugar bugs" as we call them!
