Keep the crown if you can find it and bring it with you to your appointment. Avoid chewing hard or sticky foods on that side of your mouth.
Do not use household glue to reattach a crown.
Depending on the condition of the crown and underlying tooth, your dentist will determine whether the crown can be recemented or whether another restoration is necessary.
