Harte Dental: Did You Know tooth sensitivity can be caused by various factors, including receding gumline, worn enamel from aggressive toothbrushing or grinding between teeth, and of course, CAVITIES!

If you have tooth sensitivity, you may be wondering if you need to go to your dentist... If your dentist has been made aware of your tooth sensitivity, they likely already recommended treatment or sensitive toothpaste. However, if your sensitivity is new, it is a good idea to check in with your dentist for an evaluation!

Sometimes the treatment will be a filling or it may be a nightguard. Other times it could be as simple as using that sensitive toothpaste and using soft bristled toothbrushes!

And if you are Googling "dentist near me," great news! Harte Dental is accepting new patients and families now!
